ERM is a proven battle-hardened proprietary Process with powerful possibilities that produces dramatic results. Company-wide Embodiment goes in phases. We start working with the executives that will embrace and embody ERM. Then we go further into the organization to enroll key people throughout the organization and enroll them into the possibilities of ERM. This can be with one key group or with several groups depending on the size of the company. At that point there will be enough momentum to enroll the entire organization into the possibility of ERM.
